Your deployment brief

Preparing a brief happens on your device. Choosing “Send inquiry” transmits your details to our hosting server and through Namecheap Private Email to four LandFactory team inboxes, so we can respond and assess your opportunity. The application does not save contact details or inquiry drafts in browser storage or a website database. Email copies remain in team mailboxes and may be retained for business correspondence. A download creates a text file on your device. Leaving or reloading the page clears the form’s application state; your browser may separately retain autofill information.

Calculation handoff

Choosing to use a planner calculation in an inquiry temporarily places only the calculation summary in this tab’s session storage. It expires after 30 minutes and is removed from storage when the contact page loads it. You can edit or remove the summary before preparing your brief. It is sent only when you choose “Send inquiry”; contact details are not stored with this transfer. Reloading the contact page clears the loaded summary.

Website operation

This version does not include analytics or advertising trackers. A hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, when serving pages. Fonts and images are served with the website. Abuse prevention stores a keyed hash of your network address and submission timestamps in a private server file. Entries expire from the rate limit after one hour and are pruned on the next eligible submission; hosting access logs are separate.
